A substantial period villa overlooking the Firth of Forth in Elie, Fife. Our brief was to take the 7 bed & 2 bath property, in need of modernisation and upgrade it to a 7 bed & 7 bath luxury holiday let, incorporating a 2 bed & bath, self contained contemporary annex. A top to toe refurbishment was carried out. The original features were retained & we incorporated some existing pieces of furniture & artworks to enhance the property’s character. WIth the additIon of new sympathetic pieces, we were able to create a very comfortable and luxurious holiday let.
