We were delighted to return to this property, which we first worked on in 2011, on conversion from a maternity hospital to Quartermile, luxury residential apartments. This time round, as well as a top to toe refurbishment, the space was redesigned and a further bedroom & two en-suites were added, creating a 4 bed and 4 bath property. As a returning client we already knew their tastes and needs which made, what was a considerable renovation project, a very smooth process indeed.
