A design concept and estimate will be produced based on the information obtained at our first meeting and presented to the client.

 

The design concept and the work we are commissioned to do from this point on will be charged for. This fee would be agreed up front before any work is undertaken

3rd STAGE | IMPLEMENTATION ..........

 

The concept is agreed, the timescales discussed and the estimates accepted.

 

The deposits are paid; the orders for the goods are placed and the necessary trades people are commissioned.
